The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement under which rooms are permitted to be used by Guests:
Your room rate is on the tariff card given to you by the reception .The Tariff is for the room only and excludes any Government taxes which may be applicable from time to time
Bills must be settled on presentation.Personal Cheque,s are not accepted.
SIn case of default in payment at dues by a Guest,the Management shall be entitled to have a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same,sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure Without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceed towards the amount due from the Guest.
Guest are requested to lock the door of their room when going out or while going to bed.For the Guests,Safe Deposit lockers are available with the front office Cashier.The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the Guest,s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or lockers or any other part of the hotel due to any cause what soever including theft pilferage.
Storing of cinema Films raw or exposed or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous,nature in residential rooms is strictly prohibited.

The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the hotel premises and to request any Guest to vacate his or her room at moment without assigning any reason whatsoever.the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.in case of default,the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the Guest from the room occupied by the guest,and lock the room
