Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transparent booking cancellation terms and refund guidelines for guests staying at Hotel Aishwariyam.

1. Peak Muhurtham & Ritual Bookings

Due to high demand during auspicious temple functions (Sashtiapthapoorthi 60th Marriage, Bheemaratha Shanthi 70th, Sadhabishegam 80th, and Ayush Homam), rooms reserved for confirmed muhurtham dates are non-refundable upon cancellation.

2. Date Rescheduling Policy

Subject to room availability and at least 48 hours prior notice to the front desk, guests may request a date adjustment for their stay without forfeiting their reservation.

3. Refund Processing

For eligible cancellations processed via direct online gateway, applicable refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Early Check-out / No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided in the event of an early check-out or failure to arrive (No-Show) on the scheduled reservation date.
